Geely to Acquire TuSimple’s Asia-Pacific Business

Chinese automotive maker Geely plans to buy the entire stake of autonomous driving company TuSimple’s Asia-Pacific business. The Zhejiang-based firm has made an offer to TuSimple’s headquarters in the United States.
